1. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and are clearly displayed in the shopping cart before you finalise your order.

Portugal

  • Mainland Portugal: €6.80 (VAT incl.)

    • Free Shipping on orders over €80.

  • Azores and Madeira: €11.62 (VAT incl.)

    • Free Shipping on orders over €150.

Spain

  • Mainland Spain: €8.00 (VAT incl.)

    • Free Shipping on orders over €80.

  • Spanish Islands (Balearic & Canary Islands): €17.67 (VAT incl.)

    • Free Shipping on orders over €150.

European Union (Other Countries)

  • EU Standard Shipping: €24.00 (VAT incl.)

    • Free Shipping on orders over €250.

    • Countries included: Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, among other member states.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

The processing of your order begins immediately after payment confirmation.

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Estimated Transit Time:

    • Portugal and Spain: Up to 3 business days.

    • Rest of the European Union: 3 to 7 business days (depending on the destination).

  • Note: These timeframes are indicative. During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas or Black Friday), slight delays beyond our control may occur.

3. Order Tracking

All our shipments are registered and traceable. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code and a link to the carrier’s website (CTT Expresso or local partner) to follow your jewellery's journey in real-time.

4. Responsibility and Receipt

Elizabeth M Jewelry assumes full responsibility for your order until the moment of delivery.

  • Upon Receipt: We recommend inspecting the packaging at the time of delivery. If you notice visible damage or signs of tampering with the box, you should refuse the delivery or note your reservations on the courier's delivery document and contact us within the next 24 hours.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I change the delivery address after payment?

Only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or Email.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

The carrier will leave a notice or attempt a new contact. If the order is returned to us due to a failure to collect it, the costs for re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Are there any customs duties?

For shipments within the European Union, there are no customs duties. The price paid on the website is the final price.
