2. Products and Prices

• The jewelry is described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of the materials (e.g., natural stones), slight variations may occur.

• Prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT at the current legal rate.

• Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Process

​

The sale is only considered complete after payment confirmation. The customer will receive a confirmation email with the transaction details.

4. Payment Methods

​

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Multibanco, MB WAY (coming soon), etc.

5. Shipping and Delivery

​

• Delivery times: Orders are shipped within 2 business days.

• Costs: Vary depending on the destination (Mainland Portugal, Islands or International).

• Elizabeth M Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs outside the EU.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

​

According to EU law, consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 consecutive days of receiving the product, without having to give a reason.

• Conditions: The item must be in new condition, in its original packaging, and without signs of use.

• Return shipping costs: These are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

7. Warranty

​

All our products have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU law. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or loss of parts.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
