1. Return and Exchange Policy

• We offer a period of 30 (thirty) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Condition: The item must be returned unused, in the same condition as when it was sold (including any accessories, gifts, and manuals).

• Packaging: Must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Use the packaging provided or a similar one.

• Proof of purchase: Attach a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

3. Available Options

After receiving and verifying the condition of the item, the customer can choose to:

• Full Refund: The total purchase amount will be refunded using the original payment method, within a maximum of 14 days after the return is approved.

• Exchange for Another Item: You can exchange it for any item available in stock. If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted (charged or refunded).

2. Required Information: Please indicate the order number, the item to be returned, and your preferred option (Refund or Exchange).

3. Instructions: You will receive an email with all the instructions for returning the item (address and shipping method).

5. Shipping Costs

• Returns due to Defect/Error: If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part in shipping (wrong item, incorrect size, etc.), we will fully cover the collection or shipping costs.

• Returns due to Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind/change of opinion, the shipping costs to our facilities are the responsibility of the customer.
